Starter is for teams of up to 5 people and adds team management, manager review workflows, and shared records — but AI is an add-on.

SIA licences are renewed every 3 years. Keeping your incident records for the full licence period means you have complete documentation if your conduct or a past incident is ever questioned. Shorter retention could leave you without evidence when you need it most.

The Education plan is designed for SIA training academies. You create a cohort for each course intake, then invite students by email. Students write and submit practice statements using the web app or mobile app — just like a real incident report — and the AI Quality Check helps them improve their writing. You review each submission, assign a Pass / Needs Work / Refer grade with written feedback, and release the feedback when you're ready. All student PDFs are watermarked "TRAINING — NOT OPERATIONAL" so there's no confusion with real incident records. When the course ends, you archive the cohort and student accounts are removed. Retained contact details can be used for follow-up communications.
